Michael Lucas to Act as War Correspondent and Perform Live Sex “USO” Show in Israel
Pornstar Michael Lucas will travel to Israel from August 29 to September 4 to reach out to those affected by the war.
The CEO and star of New York based gay adult studio Lucas Entertainment will act as both a war correspondent and a source of entertainment during his time abroad.
In the tradition of American USO style shows, Lucas will provide scores of Israeli soldiers with an opportunity to enjoy a live sex show.
On Friday September 1, 2006, Lucas will partner with Lucas Entertainment star Jack MacCarthy for their performance at Male VOX in Tel Aviv.
“Hopefully I can bring excitement where it is needed most. During times of war, outlets for sexual energy and expression are bleak, let alone moments for celebration. I look forward to bringing gay men together, and I will work hard to put on the greatest show for them,” said Michael Lucas.
The trip marks Lucas’s fourth time performing live sex shows in Israel, making him a premier attraction there. He has previously performed for a crowd of 3,000 at Club TLV in Tel Aviv, a crowd of 1,500 at Male Vox, and at Club Luna in Haifa.
Lucas’ travels will be documented on camera as he speaks to the people most impacted by the war. He will travel to the most devastated areas of the country and interview people one-on-one.
“People need to see the faces of war, and I plan to shed light on the world where gay Israel exists,” said Lucas. “I will expose the reality that the people of Israel face right now, especially that of gay Israelis who are targeted by the hate of Hezbollah.
In Israel, there is no ‘don’t ask don’t tell’ insanity that plagues the American military, so there are many out soldiers. I plan to provide a window to the world showing those who fight for freedom and Western ideals.”
An American citizen since 2004, Michael grew up gay and Jewish in Russia.
Michael says, “I am no stranger to homophobia and anti-semitism. I come from Soviet Russia where homosexuality was a crime and Jews are treated as second-class citizens. Israel is the most special place in the world to me and my home away from home.
The country and its people are very close to my heart. Every day I am glued to the television and all I want to do is be there.”
Well, good luck and safe journey Michael, but please for God’s sake, don’t join the IDF, your talents will be wasted there.

Wednesday’s Wonderful Wanker - English Skater Lad
Although I was never really into skateboarding, I must say that I do kinda have a thing for Skater Bois. 
A recent update at English Lads reminded me of this little factoid of my life.

Sheesh — Fucking Content Thieves!
Good grief! I found out today that one of the people I was affiliated with had stolen a review and some other stuff from Gaydemon.
I won’t mention the offender here because I just don’t want to send any visitors his way.
Pretty gut wrenching stuff actually because I have the utmost respect for the quality site that Gaydemon has produced and offered over the years to the online gay community.
And I know how it feels to have your hard work totally ripped off. It happens to me all the time at all of my sites. The scrappers and the theives see a good thing and upload every last bit to their own sites in the hopes that good things will come to them.
Well — I’ve disassocciated myself from this outfit — I’ve no time for thieves. I’ve gone through all my sites and taken down all their banners, gallery links, text links, recommendations, and reciprocal links.
Speaking of which I also noticed that his partner’s link list no longer has my sites listed. By the looks of it this was done prior to me making my announcment at the forums that I supported Gaydemon and was taking down links. So, said partner’s recips are also taken down now too.
There’s lots of great gay sites out there for me to recommend and I’m choosing, (as always) to support the ones that aren’t creeps. Unfortunately sometimes one has to find out the hard way, which apples are good and which are bad.
