Be Careful When You’re Surfing At Work!

You know, I love it when people surf my sites and check out the sites that I recommend. But you do have to exercise some caution if you’re surfing from work.

I know that millions of workers world-wide surf during work time; even surf hookup sites and porn sites — but I doubt that many would like to be in this guys prediciment…

A Hoquiam Washington special education teacher by the name of Harvey Billmaier, (apparently he had at one time run for State Governor), is being suspended for allegedly looking at “gay porn” on his classroom computer.

I’ve put “gay porn” in quotes because Billmaier, who is openly gay, was actually looking at personal ads on Craig’s List classified ad section and his Outpersonals account, (which given the type of hookup site naturally has pics of barechested men and more.).

Billmaier admits this part and says it was a bad lack of judgment on his part, especially since it occurred during his last month with the school.

But his woes don’t stop there…Because, he’s been accused of “grooming” a gay student. It’s a charge that, Billmaier denies.

Oh man, it’s just a sorrid mess and one that may not be resolved for some time. In the mean time he’s been suspended and in a fine pickle to say the least.

So, have a care if you’re at work and surfing the net — I really hate to say it but — If you’re gay and you’re surfing blogs, personals, social networking sites and of course porn sites; you could be opening yourself up to dismissal or even legal difficulties.

Hell! The reality is step onto the net and you’re asking for it.
